Essence is a unique Scandinavian styled spa that features a range of therapeutic indoor and outdoor hot and cold water experiences including jet pools, plunge pools, water falls, and steam room, as well as dry sauna.  The aqua spa is also coupled with massage and yoga programs. The design of the aqua spa allows for a social experience not found in traditional spa facilities while preserving an atmosphere of contemplation and relaxation.
